With the use of a medicator and staying on schedule with routine health protocol, we hope to avoid major illness in your barn.  Of course things happen, no matter how hard you try…  So, for that, we have developed a chart to help you identify common illnesses, associated treatment recommendations and withdrawal period chart so you can stay within show/slaughter requirements.  Download Preventative Health Protocol and Symptom/Treatment Chart This is formatted as an 11×17 so adjust print settings as needed. These charts will be available to pick up at the Lackey Livestock Training Day as well. Cole Gordon Memorial ‘HELPING HAND’ Award

We are proud to be awarding the first-ever ‘Cole Gordon Memorial Helping Hand’ Award to one special exhibitor who has demonstrated the ‘HELPING HAND’ characteristics of the one-and-only, Cole Gordon. We ask that nominations come from fellow exhibitors who can give specific examples of how their nominee displayed this selfless behavior at layovers, shows, or other events where Lackey Livestock exhibitors were in attendance.  Eligible nominees would have had to have shown in the 2019-2020 year! Nominations will be reviewed by a select committee and the award will be presented at the 2020 Training Day in December.  CLICK HERE TO NOMINATE SOMEONE SPECIAL TODAY!
